Bittner has 15 years of managed health care experience. Bittner formerly served as vice president of network operations for Coventry Healthcare in Louisiana and held leadership positions in network operations with UnitedHealthcare and Foundation Health Plans of Florida.

Frankenfield has 20 years of experience in corporate financial management, banking, financial reporting and forecasting for both public and private companies.
