RAI Dialysis Center Partnerships
There are three types of business opportunities available to partner with RAI:
Joint Venture Partner
Through a joint venture relationship, you can choose your level of dialysis center business ownership with a Joint Venture relationship.
Investing up to 49% of the development costs gives you a corresponding percentage of ownership in the dialysis center. This way you will directly benefit from the profitability of the center. Since RAI maintains a majority ownership, our incentives are aligned with yours as we strive to make sure each center has the best possible outcomes and financial success.
RAI facilitates each stage of the process including site selection, architect relationships, budget preparation, supply-chain partnerships, licensing and staffing. In addition, our Center Support Team provides management support for a wide range of needs including but not limited to billing and financial reporting, staff hiring and continuing education, IT support, and a comprehensive regulatory compliance program.
Real Estate Ownership
RAI offers you the opportunity to own the real estate that houses the dialysis center.
Real estate ownership also means your financial stake is tied to the property rather than the profitability of the center. This allows you to have a predictable income from the ownership arrangement. As with a joint venture partnership, RAI facilitates each stage of the process including site selection, architect relationships, budget preparation, supply-chain partnerships, licensing and staffing.
Medical Director
Being a Medical Director with RAI means you will enjoy a high level of involvement, plus the services of the RAI Center Support Team, with no investment risk.
We retain 100% ownership of many of our dialysis centers and contract with the Medical Directors who are accountable for the center's management, patient care and outcomes, and adherence to company policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations . RAI assumes all the financial risk accompanying real estate or center ownership. You can focus completely on providing the medical supervision to the Dialysis Center Team.
