Our center-centric philosophy promotes a culture of empowerment and accountability at the center level. The Center Support Team provides the necessary guidance on process and regulatory compliance with administrative and technical support. This approach allows our partnering physicians to make the best decisions for patient care.

Compliance Guidance and Training

Achieving compliance standards for all of our centers is a key priority for RAI.

Our robust Advantage Resource Center provides a web-based training platform for both compliance and clinical training modules. Everyone at RAI uses the program. This multi-media training program has built-in auditing and tracking features, and provides attendance and test score results.

We also have a 24/7 compliance hotline for reporting issues. All matters reported through the compliance hotline are investigated.

RAI’s size and scalable structure allow us to be both stable and flexible.

Our network of over 85 clinics, connections to local labs, and our centralized dialysis lab, Renalab, provide the strength and stability to best serve our patients. Our center-centric approach means the dialysis center leadership is always empowered to drive the success of their center. As we grow, our approach will not change; our culture of adaptation and service is here to stay.

Preferred Technology

We seek the best outcomes for patients at our clinics. We work with our Medical Directors and Center Directors to provide the necessary medical instruments and supplies for safe and appropriate clinical treatment.

RAI also equips our centers with the management tools and an electronic medical record system that provides benefits such as chair-side charting, real time lab communications and outcomes dashboards.
